Rockbridge Area Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dentist to join our integrated team of exceptional healthcare professionals. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered dentistry while making a lasting impact in a vibrant and supportive community.

At RAHC, you will work alongside physicians, behavioral health providers, registered dietitians, psychiatrists, outreach workers, care managers, and dental professionals in a collaborative care environment designed to treat the whole personnot just the symptoms.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• DEA license to prescribe medication
• Board certification in specialty area (if applicable)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on practicum
• Must not be excluded or sanctioned under Medicare or Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits

RAHC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being, including:

• Compensation: $180,000 - $260,000
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

All RAHC clinical sites are approved National Health Service Corps locations, offering eligible providers the opportunity to receive substantial student loan repayment in exchange for service.
