Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment, identifying root causes of equipment failures
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) according to established procedures
• Accurately document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair information in applicable tracking systems
• Collect, monitor, and record operational equipment data as required
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams to improve KPIs and overall equipment performance
• Increase equipment uptime and availability
• Reduce preventive maintenance cycle times and wafer scrap
• Improve maintenance procedures, quality, and operational efficiency
• Apply failure analysis and root cause problem-solving methods to equipment issues
• Support the training and certification of maintenance team members
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, attention to detail, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
