Aspire is hiring  Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)to join our dedicated team of ABA professionals in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. If you have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or are currently enrolled) in  Psychology, Education, Social Work , or a related field, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference.  No prior experience? No problem!We value enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do as a BHT:

• Collect and record data on client progress during and after sessions.
• Implement individualized Behavior Plans designed to reduce problem behaviors and teach new skills.
• Apply evidence-based strategies to support skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to pass all required  state and federal background checks (including child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and criminal record checks).
  
• Reliable transportation to client locations (current openings in Bucks and Montgomery Counties).
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for helping children and their families to reach their fullest potential!
