Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide school-based services for a local school district in the Willow Grove, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in grades K-12 while working alongside a supportive team of educational and therapeutic professionals.

Position Highlights

• School-based position serving students in grades K-12
• Location: Willow Grove, PA Montgomery County
• Opportunity to make a direct impact on students' academic, behavioral, and social development
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, special education staff, and families
• Support students in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support
• Collect and document behavioral data and student progress
• Help students develop communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills
• Follow treatment plans and guidance provided by supervising clinicians

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• School-based or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
