Discovery Therapy Job OpportunityDiscovery Therapy, a company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Early Intervention team!Services are provided to children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs in preschool, daycare, and home-based settings.We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available.1099 Contractor Position Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:30PMAvailable Positions:Full TimePart TimeContract / Per-DiemPosition Overview:The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with children on a one-on-one (1:1) basis to support behavioral, social, communication, and developmental goals. Most children receive services for approximately 3–7 hours per day.The RBT will implement behavior intervention strategies and support the child's success in preschool, daycare, or home environments.Responsibilities Include:Provide one-on-one (1:1) support to childrenImplement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBASupport children with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, and learning disabilitiesCollect and document data on client progressCollaborate with families, teachers, therapists, and supervisorsAssist children in achieving individualized goalsMaintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelinesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredCompletion of the Initial 40-Hour RBT TrainingPassed the Initial RBT Competency AssessmentApplication submitted to the BACB and successful completion of the RBT ExaminationActive RBT Certification (no pending, inactive, or expired status)Minimum of 2 years of RBT experienceContinuous supervision by a BACB-certified supervisor in accordance with BACB guidelinesCPR and First Aid Certifications requiredExperience working with IEPs and/or in a preschool settingExperience supporting children with behavioral challenges and developmental needs preferred
