The Boothbay Region YMCA is seeking a dynamic Operations/Group Fitness Manager to lead staff, plan healthy living programs, and ensure safety and high service standards. You will collaborate with leadership to promote wellness, recruit and train instructors, manage class schedules, and oversee budgets while delivering a welcoming member experience. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in fitness or related fields, CPR/First Aid, and certifications in Personal Training or Exercise; strong teamwork and #J-18808-Ljbffr Boothbay Region YMCA
