Scrum MasterGreenbelt, MD 6+ Months Contract US Citizens only. Role Description: The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Agile Analytics project lifecycle. Key activities include maintaining Agile artifacts, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Must have Analytics experience to understand intricacies of applying Agile principles to an analytics project.Responsibilities:Maintain product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint forecast, and burndownLead Agile ceremonies: story sizing, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client demosManages and resolves impediments on a contract with single-function teamsAssists in developing analytic and visualization user storiesDrafts and communicates project strategies and visions.Coordinates with project managers and participates in project planning.Minimum Required Skills/Experience:5+ years of experience as a product owner or Scrum Master3+ years of experience with an Agile softwareOrganizational Skills: Proven ability to plan and prioritize work, both their own and that of project team. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail.Team Work: Able to enthuse and maintain team interest. Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. Prepared to challenge ideas within a group in a constructive way. Ability to influence others and move a team toward a common vision or goal.Leadership: Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing.
