Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This SLP will be working in the Early Childhood setting with 3-5 year olds!About the DistrictMultidisciplinary consultative modelSeparate Service Coordinators! SLPs don’t case manage!Average caseload of 50 students throughout the yearCF’s Welcome!
