Paralegal - Contract (Americas)

Key Responsibilities Contract Drafting and Support: Supporting our Contract Lawyers with first round markups and passing the relevant information over to the team. Managing the prompt intake of new documents and working to tight turnaround times. Client Support: Setting up and coordinating client workflows and assisting with setting up portals and getting contracts signed and finalised. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our Contract Lawyers, supporting the Lawyers with ad hoc work where necessary. Essential Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of attorneys and clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Desirable Expertise Although this is an entry level role, the following would be advantageous: Legal or contract background within a law firm or legal services provider. Experience drafting legal documentation (eg.
