Insurance Sales Representative

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? Executive Choice Insurance Solutions is a growing, independent property and casualty brokerage looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and hungry to succeed.

This is a fast-paced sales environment with a steady flow of qualified inbound leads and plenty of opportunity to grow. You’ll build relationships, help clients find the right coverage, and turn opportunities into closed deals.

We offer competitive base pay plus uncapped commission , with renewal commissions after your first year so you can continue earning as you grow your book of business. A property and casualty license is a major advantage, but it’s not required. If you’re not licensed, we’ll pay for your licensing and help you through the process.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to qualified inbound leads and guide prospects from first conversation to binding coverage.
• Understand clients’ needs, explain their options, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently, stay organized, and take ownership of your sales pipeline.
• Build lasting client relationships and grow your book through new business and renewals.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Sales or customer-facing experience and the drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Initiative, persistence, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple systems.
• Availability to work in-office Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
