Job Title and Availability Flex Security Officer (Duncan, SC) Starting pay rate: $16.50/hr, paid weekly. Responsibilities As a Flex Security Officer, you will perform the following duties: Work 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and be available for Sunday‑Thursday and Saturdays as needed. Conduct routine foot patrols within a warehouse environment, monitor cameras, log in trucks, and work badge control entry doors. Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, and/or violations of rules. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service. Use basic computer applications as required. Read and understand Post Orders and SOP, and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Requirements Availability to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Prior security, military, and/or law enforcement experience of 1+ year. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Scheduling Expectations Will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need; assignments may be temporary. Schedule will vary based on operational need; shifts will be assigned as they become available. For short‑notice call‑ins, be expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called; refusal of more than 20% may affect employment status. Education and Certification High school diploma or equivalent.
