Our providers deliver exceptional, whole-person care for women in a diverse regional community setting. Our services include dedicated multi-specialty medical staff, obstetrical care, newborn care, and gynecology.\n

Job Description:

\n

• Certified Nurse Midwife provides full spectrum women's health care in a clinic setting including prenatal care, post-partum visits, family planning and office gynecology services
\n
• Clinic time split between Owatonna and Faribault Women's Health clinics
\n
• Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive OB/Gyn and collaborative primary care physicians
\n
• \n

  Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.

\n

  Professional Liability insurance including tail

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing

\n
• \n

  Formal education as Nurse practitioner

\n

\n

\n

Licenses/Certifications

\n

\n
• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
\n
• Certified Nurse Midwife - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
\n

\n

Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:

\n

\n
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
\n
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
\n
• Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• 1 year of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
\n
• \n

  Master's degree In nursing or related field

\n

\n

\n

Physical Demands

Pay Range

\n

Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year\n

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).\n
