Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Behind every successful installation and service call is a well-organized warehouse, and we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our technicians have the equipment and materials they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, inventory, or HVAC industry experience who enjoys staying organized, leading by example, and improving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating materials, supporting field teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse that keeps the business running smoothly.

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while ensuring technicians have the equipment, parts, and materials needed to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage inventory levels of HVAC equipment, parts, materials, tools, and supplies

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming deliveries

• Issue materials and equipment to service and installation technicians

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages

• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy

• Coordinate deliveries, returns, warranty items, and vendor pickups

• Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

• Track inventory, backorders, and warehouse performance using company software

• Work closely with the service, installation, and management teams to forecast inventory needs

• Assist with fleet and warehouse organization to support daily operations

• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly tracked and maintained

Qualifications include:

• Two or more years of warehouse, inventory management, logistics, or purchasing experience

• HVAC, plumbing, construction, or other skilled trade industry experience preferred

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

• Experience with inventory management software; ServiceTitan experience is preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including inventory tracking and purchasing systems

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
