CDL-A Regional Driver

Pay & Location Pay: $1,475 to $1,600 per week Home Time: Out 7 to 10 days with 34-48 hour reset Freight: 100% no-touch dry van freight | 90% drop and hook Location: Little Rock, AR 72201 Consistent freight flow with organized OTR scheduling. Average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Assigned tractors with inverter and refrigerator. Running primarily East of I-35. Operational consistency and steady freight timing help CDL-A drivers stay productive on this OTR position with Jamie Tharpe Trucking. Drivers average 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly while hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight with 90% drop and hook loads. Most routes operate East of I-35, although drivers may occasionally run outside that area based on customer needs. Dry van trailers and Qualcomm Elogs are provided, and support teams are available 24/7. Approved riders are welcome through the rider policy program. Qualifications 3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must possess a valid CDL-A license, current medical card, and maintain a Clearinghouse record free of violations. Applicants must also have 12 months of safe driving following a safety termination. Onboarding Process Remote orientation is provided before drivers are routed to the nearest terminal for truck assignment. Hotel accommodations and meals are provided during orientation, and drivers receive $200 onboarding pay before heading out on their first load.
