Job Title: Occupational Therapist Pay Range: $50-60/hour Job Description: Up to $60/hour | Brighton, CO | Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | K-12 Caseload Position Details: Full Time, 1.0 FTE Starting August 2026 In Person About the Role Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Adapt materials and environments to improve student access What We’re Looking For Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain) Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
