Are you an experienced Preconstruction Manager, Senior Estimator, or preconstruction/Estimating professional with 6-10+ years of experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, energy, or complex civil projects ? Our client is seeking a strong Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities from early feasibility through development , working closely with Development, Finance, Design, and Construction teams.
