Preconstruction Manager

CIS TECHNOLOGIES INC

CIS TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager/Senior Estimator with 6–10+ years in large-scale civil projects to lead preconstruction efforts from feasibility through development. This role interfaces with Development, Finance, Design, and Construction teams to ensure integrated planning and accurate cost projections. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven estimating skills, and a track record of managing complex infrastructure initiatives from concept #J-18808-Ljbffr
