Experience Range: 8-10 years Our client is seeking an AI Governance Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks, policies, and risk management controls. This role is ideal for an experienced governance professional ready to shape enterprise-wide AI governance maturity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision-making structures that align with enterprise objectives
• Design and define governance roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and operating models
• Create AI risk and control libraries, governance workflows, templates, and reusable artifacts to support scalable implementation
• Assess current AI governance maturity, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities across the organization
• Define AI inventory, approval, and governance processes to ensure compliance and oversight
• Support implementation and operationalization of governance processes within the AI Governance Workbench
• Develop governance metrics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and reporting requirements for performance monitoring and accountability

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in AI governance, enterprise governance, risk management, or related domains
• Proven expertise in AI governance framework and policy development
• Strong background in AI risk management and control design
• Demonstrated experience designing governance operating models and business processes
• Knowledge of governance tools, platforms, and implementation methodologies
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
