OB/GYN Physician

Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join its team in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This role offers the flexibility of a traditional OB/GYN model, a Laborist model, or a hybrid approach, with deliveries and surgeries performed at Cape Cod Hospital. The position provides an opportunity to deliver a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services within a supportive environment that prioritizes both provider and patient satisfaction. Practice Info Collegial team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs and 5 CNMs Deliveries and surgeries performed at Cape Cod Hospital Busy out-patient practice Collaboration with 24 hour coverage with CNMs Skilled, compassionate team of obstetricians, midwives and maternity nurses Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care when needed Responsibilities Perform deliveries and surgeries at Cape Cod Hospital Deliver a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services Provide in-house call coverage from 7PM to 7AM or 7AM to 7PM (Laborist role) Work in collaboration with 24 hour coverage with CNMs Compensation Excellent compensation package Some relocation support Benefits Excellent benefits package Shift & Schedule Balanced call schedule with gyn backup Laborist role would be 14 shifts a month, 7 days /7 nights In-house call coverage is 7PM to 7AM/ 7AM - 7PM Requirements BC/BE OB-GYNaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
