Join Our Team as a Urogynecologist

Our organization is seeking to welcome a urogynecologist to our thriving Obstetrics and Gynecology practice situated in Hyannis, MA. With dedicated administrative hours integrated into your daily schedule, our innovative care and compensation frameworks empower you to tailor your practice style to align with your personal development and work-life balance aspirations.

Position Highlights:

Base Salary: $450,000 with additional productivity incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
PSLF Eligibility: Yes
Dedicated Operating Room Time: Provided
Relocation Assistance: Available
PTO: 8 weeks
Malpractice Coverage: $2 million/$6 million
Comprehensive Benefits: Included
Retirement Plans: 403B and 457 with matching contributions
