Machine Operator/ Machine Operator Assistant
Location: Batavia, IL Pay: $23.75/hr Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM 6:30 AM, Mon Fri)
Assist in operating CNC machines to produce cement and foam bathroom wall panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC equipment to cut and shape materials
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Monitor performance and adjust machines as needed
- Read blueprints and work orders
- Perform quality checks and measurements
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report issues
Requirements
- CNC or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Environment
- Overnight shift with possible overtime
- Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature changes
