The Role We are hiring a highly creative, scrappy, and trend-obsessed Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Los Angeles. In this role, you will not just be scheduling posts—you will be pitching concepts, setting up the ring light, getting on camera, and editing the final cut. You will manage our organic social presence (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest) and oversee our influencer and affiliate programs. If you are a “Swiss Army Knife” of social media who loves beauty, wellness, and self-care products, we want you on our team. What You Will Do Create Unstoppable Content: Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos (native iPhone / CapCut) 3-5 times per week. Be the Face of the Brand: Comfortably demonstrate products on camera, explain the science behind our ingredients, and relate to our core audience. Community Management: Reply to comments and DMs, answer customer questions about teeth sensitivity, and build a loyal online community. Manage Influencers & Affiliates: Identify and outreach to micro-influencers and UGC creators. Manage our TikTok Shop affiliates and secure video usage rights for our paid ads. Strategy & Analytics: Plan the monthly content calendar, track video performance, and double down on what drives profile visits and website sales. Who You Are Los Angeles Local: You are based in the LA area and can meet in person for content shoots, product launches, and strategy sessions. Platform Native: You live and breathe TikTok and Instagram. You know the current audio trends, how to write a 3-second hook, and what makes a video convert. Self-Starter: You do not need a production crew. You know how to make high-quality, engaging content in your bathroom or at a coffee shop. Organized: You can juggle content creation, community engagement, and influencer outreach without dropping the ball. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, UGC creation, or digital marketing (e-commerce/beauty/wellness experience is a massive plus). Why Join Us?
