HR Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to guide human resources operations and foster a positive, well-supported employee experience in Dallas, Texas. This leader will serve as a key partner to managers and staff, bringing structure, sound judgment, and a people-first approach to core HR programs. The role is well suited for someone who can manage day-to-day priorities while strengthening policies, processes, and compliance in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:• Direct human resources activities across the organization, ensuring consistent support for employees and leaders.• Advise on employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a balanced approach to problem-solving.• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.• Manage benefits-related processes and help employees understand available programs and policies.• Coordinate recruiting efforts with departmental leaders to support timely and effective hiring decisions.• Partner with management on performance discussions, employee development planning, and review cycles.• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation while supporting compliance with applicable regulations.• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, strengthen systems, and improve the overall employee experience.
