Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Overall compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses : Uncapped bonuses, rewarded for impact. Sign On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses : Earn bonus pay for supervision of RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses : Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
