Best Workplace awardee.About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our Posture and Readiness Pillar, where you will be responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing, and delivery that power Semperis's enterprise security and identity products. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical excellence and strong cross-functional partnership skills.What you will be doing:Participate in the development of SaaS product helping our customers to protect Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.Be responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing, and delivery.Communicate effectively, share knowledge, and drive team success.Facilitate innovations, code and architecture improvements, quality/security best practices.What you will bring to the table:3+ years experience in C# and.NET Core and demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of similar size and complexity.All-around team player who is self-motivated with a high work ethic.Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling.Experience with writing acceptance tests.Experience with agile development process.Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.This will be a hybrid role for our Dallas, TX location.Why Join Semperis?
