Shop Manager - Texas

A growing equipment organization in the environmental and infrastructure support industry is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and develop its service operations in the Southeast Texas area . This role will oversee a small team of technicians with a strong focus on hands‑on leadership, operational growth, and service quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician or service professional ready to step into a leadership role while still staying involved on the shop floor. The position offers the ability to build and grow a service operation in one of the most active markets in the country.
