Responsibilities: Support execution of brand marketing operations by managing assigned brand initiatives and operational activities within established plans, standards, and priorities. Manage branded materials and merchandise processes for assigned initiatives, including ordering, inventory oversight, and coordination of distribution in alignment with brand standards. Coordinate invoice submission for brand marketing activities and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners in accordance with established approval processes. Maintain and manage brand marketing assets for assigned initiatives, ensuring materials are current, approved, and aligned with brand guidelines. Coordinate logistics for assigned marketing events and initiatives, including planning, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution support, within approved timelines and budgets. Coordinate internal and external brand communications for assigned initiatives, exercising judgment to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and communication objectives. Manage assigned brand marketing requests, prioritize inquiries, determining appropriate resolution or escalation, and ensuring timely follow‑through in alignment with service expectations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or another related field required. Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience required. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Required, Pardot Preferred.
