Medtronic seeks a Principal CoreValve Therapy Consultant to drive sales and market growth for transcatheter aortic valve replacement products across California and Hawaii. The role combines clinical expertise, territory management, and procedural support to expand adoption of structural heart therapies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets, expand existing business, and generate new TAVR opportunities in assigned territory
• Serve as clinical expert during implant procedures: scrub in, load valves, support case execution, and guide implant teams on safe device use
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on product indications, clinical literature, and procedural best practices; support training programs and case observations
• Maintain territory operations including case coordination, inventory management, purchase orders, credentialing compliance, and implant forecasting
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Education, and Marketing on product innovations, competitive intelligence, and customer insights

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 10+ years relevant experience, or associate's degree plus 8+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in medical device sales, clinical, or healthcare roles
• Valid driver's license and active insurance meeting company standards
• Ability to travel 50-70% including overnight stays; reside within assigned territory
• Deep knowledge of TAVR therapies, clinical protocols, and CoreValve product portfolio
• Strong sales performance track record with demonstrated influence and closing ability
• Experience supporting cardiac or endovascular procedures with anatomical and physiological expertise
