Director, Structural Heart Interventions

Northwell Healths Department of Cardiology is seeking a highly qualified and experienced physician to join their cardiac team at South Shore University Hospital as the Director of Structural Heart Interventions. This full-time role requires a physician with a passion for Structural Heart Interventional Cardiology and significant experience in the field. The successful candidate will contribute to a world-class cardiac program known for its complex patient care and robust structural heart interventions.

- South Shore University Hospital is the tertiary hospital of Northwells Eastern Region.
- The hospital takes care of complex patients with high volume and superb quality.
- The Interventional program at South Shore University Hospital offers all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including high-risk PCI, CTO interventions, MCS, peripheral vascular interventions, and pulmonary embolism interventions.
- South Shore offers a robust structural heart program that includes high volume PFO/ASD, TAVRs, percutaneous mitral and tricuspid valve interventions.
- The practice offers the ability to enroll in clinical research trials. xihmbke
- Physicians will be employed as members of Northwell Physician Partners.

Requirements
- BE/BC highly qualified and experienced physician
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and General Cardiology
- Exhibit a passion for Structural Heart Interventional Cardiology
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interventional cardiology with a focus on structural heart disease interventions
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
