HDR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Florida team on an exciting mega construction program for our valued client. We will count on you to: Serve as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures Review programs for conformance with Department standards Perform constructability and biddability reviews Act as a mentor to more junior roles Provide risk management and issue resolution leadership Perform other duties as necessary Preferred Qualifications PE License is preferred Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus Roadway/Tollway construction experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
