Warehouse Picker Evening Shift
Join our busy warehouse team as a Warehouse Equipment Operator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly! In this fast-paced position, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment while safely operating warehouse equipment, including a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, and order picker. If you have strong equipment experience, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy working as part of a dependable team, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, and order picker safely and efficiently
- Pick and stage customer orders accurately according to order specifications
- Transport, stock, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Verify products and quantities using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, and order picker
- Strong attention to detail to accurately pick and prepare orders
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining quality and productivity
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse safety procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass a forklift/equipment competency assessment
- Resume submission and interview prior to offer
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and maintaining an organized workspace
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 2:15 PM 10:45 PM
