Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to support a high-priority government programs migration to the Facets platform. The consultant will focus on analyzing, improving, and documenting enterprise-wide business processes to support successful transformation and operational alignment. This is an independent consulting role requiring someone who can work with minimal guidance, engage business stakeholders across multiple departments, identify process gaps, and translate complex business operations into clear, end-to-end process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze current-state business processes across healthcare insurance operations.
• Design and document end-to-end business workflows and processes.
• Perform current-state and future-state process analysis.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend practical process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Develop enterprise-level process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate discussions and working sessions with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to process changes and transformation initiatives.
• Connect processes across functional areas and identify cross-functional impacts.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to establish consistent process definitions.
• Communicate complex processes clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Independently manage assigned process analysis and documentation activities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 46+ years of experience specifically as a Business Process Consultant, Business Architect, or similar process-focused role.
• Strong enterprise-level Business Process Management (BPM) experience.
• Demonstrated experience with process discovery, definition, documentation, mapping, and improvement.
• Strong experience creating end-to-end process documentation and workflow maps.
• Healthcare Insurance / Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
• Experience working across multiple business departments and functional areas.
• Ability to independently facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to understand complex business operations and translate them into structured processes.
