Job Opportunity: Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN)

Our organization is actively seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become a part of our dynamic and collaborative team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences.
• Work a 4-day week with a 1:6 call rotation.
• No clinic duties required while on call, with the option for a day off after call shifts.
• Provide care in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support.
• No circumcision procedures are required.
• Participate in approximately 1,000 deliveries annually.
• Utilize advanced technology, including Da Vinci Robots, EMR-EPIC, and AI Scribe.
• Join a friendly team that values collaboration and camaraderie.
• Be part of a hospital recognized nationally for excellence in maternity care.
• Support available for J1 and H1B Visa candidates.

• Total initial compensation package of $745,000.
• Base salary of $450,000.
• Sign-on bonus of $200,000.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and an option for $75,000 in annual student loan reimbursement.
• Relocation assistance of up to $20,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including three retirement plan options.
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.

Note: There is also an opportunity available for an OB Hospitalist/Laborist position.
