Investment Banking Vice President – Healthcare Services

This position will lead M&A and financing transactions for Healthcare Services clients, working across multiple regions including New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; and Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage junior bankers throughout transactions, reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Write and present compelling selling memorandums and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop financial models and provide analytical support.
• Drive deal execution and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment banking experience, or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience.
• Meaningful M&A transaction experience required.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• Exceptional work ethic and leadership potential.

Compensation

Estimated starting salary: $250,000 per year, with annual incentive compensation. Total compensation will be competitive with the market and depends on the level of experience.
