About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, investor and board reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. This role is pivotal in leading the FP&A function, developing and enhancing financial models, and partnering with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for continuous improvement of the company's FP&A processes, overseeing the preparation of various financial materials, and ensuring accurate and compelling financial communications. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees or professional designations. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in finance, particularly within the consumer finance, financial services, lending, or fintech sectors, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading financial functions, a strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. Experience in managing high-performing finance teams, as well as proficiency in financial and data analysis tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and driving performance improvement actions.
