Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production

Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an Associate Director to manage digital production, publishing, and AI implementation across corporate and clinical websites. The role combines hands-on technical ownership of web platforms, content publication workflows, SEO strategy, and AI-assisted asset creation to reduce external vendor dependence and accelerate time-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Review, test, and approve AI-generated content and assets before publication on regulated websites
• Build and manage a reusable site factory using headless CMS templates for rapid clinical trial and international site launches
• Manage publishing workflows to enable same-day content release after MLR review clearance
• Own technical SEO strategy including crawlability, indexing, and structured data implementation across all properties
• Monitor and correct company information accuracy across search engines, knowledge panels, and data aggregators

Requirements

• Experience with headless CMS platforms, content modeling, and publishing workflows
• Technical SEO expertise including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and search console management
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Sanity, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
• AWS infrastructure knowledge, preferably Amplify or equivalent deployment systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate regulated content approval
• Experience with GA4, monitoring tools, and digital metrics reporting
