Job Description Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiency. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced food service or retail environment. Strong people‑management and team‑building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
