• Must have 1 Year prior insurance experience with ALLSTATE and/or STATE FARM.
• Must be motivated, hungry and have a positive attitude.
• Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to call leads and convert to sales
• Maintain CRM for prospecting and follow-up
• Candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and hit performance requirements.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools.
