Our team is seeking a part-time Business Insurance Assistant to support our commercial accounts and help us strengthen relationships with local business owners. This role starts in-office with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid or work-from-home schedule based on performance. Key Responsibilities Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Endorsement pages Investigate and follow up on commercial cancellation notices to help retain accounts Prepare and send ENOL (Employer Non-Owned Auto) renewal quotes Follow up on unpaid collection letters to policyholders Communicate with the Business Lines Resource Center to follow up on cases involving additional interests Reach out to small business clients to explore opportunities for personal insurance and set IPS (Insurance and Financial Services) appointments What We’re Looking For Someone with a strong attention to detail and a professional, solution-driven communication style Comfortable working with commercial lines and able to manage multiple administrative tasks Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required Must obtain Property & Casualty license (if not already licensed) Why Join Us?
