Sales Associate

Summary The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales in a Breitling retail store. The role requires acting as a product and service expert to elevate the customer experience from welcome to close. Associates support store operations, visual standards, and team initiatives to achieve store goals. Responsibilities Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs. Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers and maintain client relationships. Maintain customer correspondence and follow established sales techniques and service standards. Develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition. Perform opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects, and support product launches. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and participate in training new sales associates when requested. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales, required. Proven success in client service within a luxury environment. Strong organization, communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet goals set by management.
