What You\'ll Love About This Role Competitive hourly pay plus commission Paid two-week training program Team-oriented work environment Make a meaningful impact on members\' health and wellness every day What You\'ll Do Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression Educate prospective members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling Convert stretch demonstrations into memberships Build long-term relationships with members through excellent customer service Meet individual and team sales goals Participate in local marketing events and community outreach Support daily studio operations as part of a collaborative team What We\'re Looking For Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude with a passion for helping others Comfortable working toward sales goals Willingness to learn and grow in a new skill set Basic computer and social media skills (Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Community marketing or event experience is a plus Training All new team members must complete our comprehensive paid two-week Stretch Zone Sales Training Program, where you\'ll learn our proven sales process, customer experience standards, and the Stretch Zone Method.
