Sales Associate

Our ideal Sales Associates have previous sales experience and an interest in helping others feel safe in a cleaner and greener work and home environment while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions, bonuses and base pay. 

• Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions to acquire new clients. Achieve all sales goals.
• B2B sales 
• Conduct lunch and learns as well as community outreach to build strong and lasting relationships in our community
• Consistently maintain a professional appearance
• Always strive for only 5-star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google and other listing sites! 5 stars happen when we maintain a culture of supreme customer service.
• Must follow marketing strategies given by the marketing team as well as create their own

• At least 1 year experience in sales
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must be able to work flexible hours 
• Dynamic, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Must live in San Antonio or willing to relocate at candidate’s own expense
