Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to trauma patients on a fast-paced medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and manage cardiac drips as required.
• Float to various units as needed, including general med/surg and telemetry units.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care techs, transport teams, and physicians.
• Adhere to the facility's safety protocols, especially in nicotine-free settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; pending Nebraska RN State License accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a large urban hospital setting.
• Experience in Level I Trauma center preferred.
• BLS certification required; CPI certification preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet holiday requirements.
