Support Services Analyst

The South Dakota State University (SDState) IT Support Desk is growing, and we need a position to provide service to the Sioux Falls Metro Center primarily. Job Responsibilities Provide advanced computer support activities and support projects to ensure clients computers are functional and performing efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to, computer labs, equipment, classrooms, simulation rooms, etc. This position primarily supports Sioux Falls locations with remote and in person support to other locations as needed.
