Scrum Master / Agile Delivery LeadRequired Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role. Proven experience delivering technology and software development projects in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery frameworks. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide Agile delivery teams in driving successful product and project outcomes. This individual will serve as a servant leader, facilitator, and coach, ensuring Agile best practices are effectively implemented while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, delivery management, and technical acumen, with a proven ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and align team execution with broader business objectives.
