Position Summary

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will act as the vital first point of contact for customers inquiring about our new and pre-owned inventory online. Your goal is to respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, answer questions, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond rapidly to inbound internet leads, customer inquiries, and chat requests from various automotive portals, social media, and our dealership website.
• Communication: Engage customers professionally through phone calls, text messaging, and personalized email correspondence.
• Appointment Coordination: Guide prospective buyers through vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options, with the primary objective of scheduling showroom visits.
• CRM Maintenance: Update and manage all customer interactions meticulously in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle specs, trim levels, features, incentives, and dealership promotions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth transition and a stellar experience when the customer arrives.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC (Business Development Center), customer service, or inside sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right energetic candidate.
• Bilingual Capability: Must be fluent in English and Spanish; comfortable conducting sales consultation and email/text follow-ups in both languages.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools like VinSolutions, and digital lead-management software.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an upbeat, professional phone etiquette.
• Drive & Motivation: Highly goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and a strong desire to hit and exceed sales quotas.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including Saturdays & Sundays.
