Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Proficiency in data collection and ongoing progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for various learning abilities and styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to deliver tailored instruction
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related services providers
• Modify curriculum to match student abilities and address specific learning barriers
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication with families
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and district initiatives
