Bartender

Job Overview We are a family‑owned chain with over 30 years of experience in high‑volume, high‑energy restaurant service. We seek motivated, passionate individuals to join our team. Position Bartender – responsible for operating a busy bar in a full‑service restaurant, serving signature cocktails and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons. Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging guests with information about Carmines and Virgil’s locations and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities. Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end‑of‑day reconciliation. Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times. Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service. Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift. Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Requirements Experience as a bartender in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant. Professional, personable, and organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality. Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to guests and team members on the floor in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent in English. Flexible to work various shifts. Knowledge of fine wine and spirits.
