We are currently hiring for an onsite Senior Recruiter to assist with the organization's recruiting efforts.Role and ResponsibilitiesRecruits for a full range of positions for the organization, with a focus on professional positions in engineering, operations, and management.Completes intake calls for new positions with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of role requirementsSource qualified candidates through job postings, resume mining, networking and internet searchesSchedules and conducts prescreen calls, interviews, and candidate reference checksEnsures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidatesCompiles, maintains, and distributes recruiting data, metrics, and reports on supported rolesInterface with external recruitment organizations as needed and approvedParticipates in the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates and improve recruitment efficiency and effectivenessWorks closely with senior leadership and management to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate staffing plans for new programs to ensure organizational successAssists candidates, employees, and hiring managers with questions related to open positions and recruitment practices and policiesLead and/or participate in various recruitment process improvement projectsEnsures that all hiring practices are compliant with state and federal laws and regulationsOther administrative duties and projects as assignedSkills, Education and Training5 years of progressive recruiting experience for engineering, management, and technical roles. Experience recruiting within the AI Server or electronics industries strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferredThorough knowledge of State and Federal laws governing human resources and recruiting practice.Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience developing hiring plans for new customer and/or product launchesExperience with Applicant Tracking systems software.Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment.Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts.CSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status.
