Senior Corporate RecruiterSeeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter for our multinational industrial distribution client based in Houston, Texas. This role is IN OFFICE (NOT REMOTE).We are looking for a self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The position will be located in the office located in North Houston.Job ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt openingsActively source resumes and help assess candidatesFacilitate recruiting activities and events, including job fairsScreen candidates by phone, video or in personWrite job descriptions and post them internally and externallySchedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leadersMaintain interview and hiring recordsPrepare hiring paperwork and information packetsAssist with the onboarding of new employeesWork with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientationComplete human resources projects as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
